On June 13, 2025, Ningbo Hualian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Shaoxing Zhiyue Technology Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony for a “Technology Development Cooperation Agreement.”

The signing ceremony was held in a lively atmosphere. Shaoxing Zhiyue was designated as the “Ningbo Hualian Shaoxing R&D Center,” serving as Ningbo Hualian's designated technical R&D cooperation unit in the Shaoxing region, responsible for PCBA technology development, chip software, and technical support services.

Subsequently, Feng Weiwei, General Manager of Ningbo Hualian, and Wang Gangzao, General Manager of Shaoxing Zhiyue, signed the “Ningbo Hualian and Shaoxing Zhiyue Technology Development Cooperation Agreement” on behalf of both parties.
